I’m a sophomore btw and I failed MAC2311(Calc 1 with Analytical Geometry and Trig) with a D+ because spring semester I was diagnosed late in the term with depression and extreme anxiety but I’ve gotten myself better and excited for the year and was wondering if these classes (MINUS ACG 2021, I know it’ll be hard, I bought the study guide that’s on amazon early and I’ve been reading it/doing some problems to get a little familiar with the material) will be okay’
I had AP Stats in HS, and IB calc… I’m not fond of trig so that’s another reason I believe I struggled in MAC 2311. The professor for MAC 2233 is supposedly easy so I want to take it now to get it out of the way. Should I maybe drop Stats or will I be okay if I focus, study, go to all my classes, and use Smokin Notes and Tutoring Zone (special outside supplements at University of Florida) when needed’
Oh and I have all my GEN EDS minus writing which I plan to take in summer so I really don’t want to waste money on courses I don’t need/uninterested in.
