I’ve known this friend for over 10 years and we share EVERYTHING to each other. Her life is so easy compared to mine and I really think she takes it for granted. She is always telling me and brags on about her going out to fancy restaurants, the beach and all these places with her family together. The last time I went out together with my family was years ago. My parents are divorced. They hate each others guts and I would give up everything to go out on just a picnic together as a family. I really do wish my parents were together so we can be a happy normal family just like everyone else :’( and I can’t help but think it’s all my fault that they split up.
Next thing is my friend gets ALWAYS gets better grades than me. No matter how much I study each day she’s always better than me. It’s not just grades too, it’s everything else. She’s prettier than me, she has a bigger house than me, she has more friends than me. In every single possible way I can think of she’s better than me at it.
Next thing is , she told me that she doesn’t do any chores around the house at all. Not even washing the dishes because since she has such a happy family with happy parents, they do them. It really does hurt me that no matter how much I try, her life is just so much better than mine, and she takes it for granted. She tells me her life is horrible because her mum made her deactivate her face book account because she spends too much time on it and she lost her ipod touch.
It just really makes me soooooo angry :’( Why is life easier for others’ What do I do’ I have asked her to sit down and talk so I can tell her how I feel 10000 times and she doesn’t do anything. She just says, “sucks to be you”. :’(
